  • Chia seeds cup
  • Hemp milk

 Instructions to prepare  

  1. Blend all the ingredients except chia seeds with a blender on high to get a smooth mixture
  2. Pour the mixture in a mixing bowl and whip it with chia seeds for 1-2 minutes
  3. Pour the pudding into two air tight containers and put them in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours until a gelatin is formed by chia seeds. To ensure the consistence of the texture of the pudding you should stir the pudding a few times in first hour.
