Tips to keep your skin youthful

Glowing skin offers you a younger look and makes you feel healthier, no matter what physical condition or your age. There are many ways to keep your skin healthier and glowing.   • Exfoliate your face gently. 

Exfoliation is skin made clear formula as it removes impurities, dead skin cells, and excess oil from the skin and makes your skin ready for cleansing and toning.

Always use a cleanser on your skin before exfoliating. Massage your skin in circular motions to remove makeup, to eliminate excess oil, to promote blood circulation, and sebum.

Many of the cleansers contain exfoliating ingredients that offer you to accomplish both tasks at once. Try to avoid the cleansers that have drying ingredients like colours, deodorants, or fragrances. Also, avoid the cleansers that have “antibacterial” properties.

  • Apply a toner to your face. 

Tonner is the better way to remove the excessive dust and oil from the skin. Just pour some toner onto a cotton ball to the skin to remove the excess dirt.

  • Apply a good moisturizer

Moisturizer keeps your skin hydrated and offer a perfect glow to the skin.  

Always use the moisturizer with SPF 15 as it prevents ageing and the sun exposure.

Always prefer the moisturizer which contains the humectants like glycerin, propylene glycol or urea as they attract water and improve the skin hydration.

Choose moisturizers which comprises of alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) as, it improve dead skin cell turnover, decrease dryness, wrinkles, acne and age spots. All these products make your skin sensitive to the sun, so always follow with the sunscreen. Switch to the moisturizers according to the season as in summer, use the lighter product and in the winter, choose use thing thicker and heavier product.

  • Avoid taking long, hot showers. 

Taking hot shower is always an awesome feeling but they strip your skin of indispensable moisture. So, one should limit the showers timing to 10 minutes and always use lukewarm water.

  • Skip soaps with heavy deodorants. 

Prefer using face and body wash Instead soap as it offer healthy skin health. If you are using soap prefer the soap that contains added fat, Neutrogena or Oilatum as they leave a moisturizing layer on your skin after the shower.
